Forms
Forms are available online that can be submitted to the church office. All Room Request Set-Up that requires a sound technician must be submitted 4 weeks in advance. All other Room Request must be submitted as soon as possible.
Announcements
All information concerning announcements for church publication must be submitted to the Church Office no later than 9:00 a.m. Monday of
each week. Please limit your announcement to Who, What, When and Where.
Prayer Request
All Prayer Requests are sent first to the church office and the Pastor.
